Partner at NFA Advogados, Bruno has over 15 years of experience in capital markets, with a focus on negotiations involving financial institutions and companies engaged in receivables securitization and public offerings for the distribution of assets, as well as in structuring long-term project financing transactions.

He has worked on major market transactions through the issuance of securities such as debentures, CRI, CCI, CRA, and investment fund units (FIDC, FIM, FIP, and FII). Bruno was a foreign associate at Arnold & Porter LLP in Washington, D.C., in 2007 and 2008.
