Partner at NFA Advogados, Lucas has over 13 years of experience in tax advisory and tax litigation, with a focus on structuring tax aspects of transactions and corporate reorganizations, due diligences, tax and corporate planning, tax compliance, tax reviews, transfer pricing, among others.

He held an executive position at an international Big Four consulting firm, where for seven years he provided innovative, high-value services to large companies and business groups across various sectors—especially agribusiness, energy, food and beverage industries, real estate development, and credit cooperatives. He also conducted internal and external training sessions on taxation and accounting practices.

He contributed to the design and drafting of municipal and federal tax regulations related to tax incentives, installment programs, and special regimes, and provided highly specialized tax advisory services to a federal regulatory agency.
