Tiago Costa de Oliveira
Partner at NFA Advogados, Tiago has over 10 years of experience in Capital Markets. He worked at NFA from 2016 to 2017 and rejoined the firm in 2019. He has extensive experience in receivables securitization transactions, public offerings of securities, and the structuring of transactions aimed at financing long-term projects, including issuances of CRI, CRA, CR, commercial notes, debentures, and other securities.
He holds a specialization in Financial and Capital Markets Law from Insper.
