Partner at NFA Advogados, Paula has over 20 years of experience in Civil Litigation and team leadership.

She is a journalist and a scholar of Neuroscience, Human Behavior, Innovation, and Technology applied to Law.

She has managed and acted in thousands of cases across various Brazilian states and in São Paulo, implementing agile workflows and viewing litigation as a center for solutions and business opportunities. She currently advises primarily financial institutions, investment funds, securitization companies, shopping centers, and other players in the real estate and capital markets.

Paula holds a master’s degree; has postgraduate degrees in Philosophy; Neuroscience and Human Behavior; Digital Law and Telecommunications; Constitutional Law; Tax Law; and Civil Procedural Law; and holds an MBA in Financial Planning from FGV/SP.

She is a speaker and author of several published articles, with a background in university teaching, and a member of the Artificial Intelligence Committee of the São Paulo Bar Institute (IASP).
