Partner at NFA Advogados, with over 15 years of experience in corporate law, she joined the firm in 2015 and, since 2016, has been leading its Corporate and Contract Law practice.

She specializes in conducting complex corporate transactions, particularly those related to the real estate and capital markets, as well as in the implementation of corporate reorganizations and succession planning.
