Founding Partner at NFA Advogados, Ferrari has over 20 years of experience in the areas of Real Estate Financial Law and Capital Markets, with a strong focus on real estate securitization transactions. He has provided legal counsel in more than 300 public offerings involving structured and receivables securitization operations, totaling over R$ 10 billion raised in the capital markets.

His practice is focused on providing legal advisory services to real estate developers, originators of real estate assets, investment funds, and financial institutions in the issuance of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI), Bank Credit Notes (CCB), sale & lease back transactions, built-to-suit contracts, structuring of financial, real estate, and private equity investment funds (FIDC, FII, and FIP), project and structured finance, issuances of debentures and shares, as well as syndicated loans.

He is the author of several legal articles, particularly on topics such as: “Legal Issues Related to the Anticipation of Real Estate Receivables – Real Estate Receivables Certificates”, and “Structured Transactions for the Issuance of Real Estate Receivables Certificates”. He is also co-author of the books: “Direito dos Negócios Aplicado Volume 3 – Dos Direitos Conexos” (Almedina), “Direito Imobiliário” (Viva Editora and ADIT Brasil), and “Saneamento Básico – Temas fundamentais, propostas e desafios” (Lumen Juris).
